SPECIFICATION:

• Structure: Double oval Tubular structure that is Electro-welded to maximum    integrity.
• Finish: Electrostatics power-coated and heat cured superior quality finish.
• Pulleys: Fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys with deep v-groove.
• Cables: Aircraft spec 5.5 mm. American LOOS cable with a 4,200 lbs breaking  strength. End fittings tested to 2,50,000 cycles using full weight stack.
• Upholstery : 19 mm. Thick plywood backing, with 38 mm. Thick foam core ,  covered by industrial vinyl, total thickness 60 mm.
• Weight plates : 80 Kgs. Mild steel
